Just had my roof replaced by Grid Iron, am most pleased with the entire process. Salesman was very informative and worked with us with all of our questions. Job forman was very accomodating and understanding while working with him on schedule. The crew themselves were very efficient, and worked like a smooth oiled machine. The were diligent from start to finish. The cleanup was very detailed. The roof looks great! Very nice job. Would very highly recommend Gridiron Guys.

We needed a new roof done quickly because of insurance issues. We contacted 3 companies, all of whom had been recommended to us. Gridiron Guys had the best prices for the same or better materials. They were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We had to make a last minute change and they were able to handle it. The new roof and gutters are great. They always responded to us very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Overall good experience working with the Gridiron folks, the finished product (full siding job and coil wrapping for windows/trim) was an expensive endeavor but worth any extra cost over competitors. The workers were timely and efficient and did a great job cleaning up the yard, and the folks I worked with day-to-day (Sean as the site manager and Parker in Sales) were very communicative and helpful in setting expectations as well as doing a full job walkthrough after completion. My only challenge was with quoting/invoicing, which can often be confusing (quotes aren't detailed enough) and it was tricky keeping track of contract documents as they are updated/adjusted throughout the buying process. These are expensive jobs and most homeowners could use some more transparency around what they're purchasing; more of ancillary constructive feedback, less of a complaint. I would definitely use Gridiron again in the future.
