        They lost my title to my vehicle, the first person I spoke with told me that the dealership never sent them the title (Lie!) I spoke with the dealership who has record of sending them the title of course. After going to the new jersey motor vehicle, waiting for 9 hours due to covid and being turned away because whoever wrote the lien termination letter wrote the vin number for the vehicle incorrectly! The second person told me they sent the title (but not the title lien removal, paid in full and lien termination letters) to an address that I haven't lived at in 15 years. GET IT TOGETHER.
