        As store in East Richland I purchase ice this company . They overcharge for ice . There service is terrible . Ice is always half melted . Do not recommend anybody buy ice from this company !

        I am very disgusted by this company. My boss has been in business for 21 years. This past summer our ice company sold out to this company...unfortunately. We had trouble with our machine. We asked for new machine after they came and had to come out 5 times to fix it. They never would replace it. Stuck some plastic things in the bottom. We lost lots of ice during the time. My boss gets a letter stating that because we didn't order $2000.00 worth of ice for the year, mind you we are open six months of the year, that they are coming to take his ice chest and he can't order anymore ice from them....What??? There was nothing even said anything about having to buy that much, which is stupid anyways. Killing the small business man. Thanks Alot!!
