After signing the estimate ( that said the door would be shipped 2 to 3 weeks) and sending them a check for 50% of the cost it took over 4 weeks for them to get the door in that they received on a friday and were to come install the door on monday. Monday morning when I called to see when they were coming I was told that the wrong door was shipped and the correct door would be twice the price of the original estimate and would take another 4 weeks to come in. Never in my life have I dealt with a more incompetent company.
