Took my duramax in to have the 4x4 fixed had for 3 weeks and achieved nothing said they replaced a wiring harness and infact did not took it to another garage and had it fixed with in a day or too but things they said they installed they did not would not recommend them!!!!

Wish I could use negative!! They take advantage of people make you come back for the same issue and obviously dont know what in the hell they are doing! Do not recommend to even my worst enemy. Screwed my boyfriend over way too many times. You have dont work for my boyfriend recently for William on a 2014 ford escape. Took it back 2 times same thing happened same light no results Service: Electrical repair

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are con artist. They lie about things that need fixed and don't fix the things that need done and completely overcharge. They pretend to fix your car and they don't. I have had 20,000$ worth of repairs on my car through them in just a couple instances and it's in worse condition than it ever was before. They stole my other car. Nobody even knows where it is! I keep taking it back for them to fix the same problems that they supposedly "fixed" so i dont have to waste money nowhere else just for them to keep my car for WEEKS and tell me there's no lights on and they been test driving it everywhere and I'm just a lier lol. I go to pick it up today and just like I KNEW would happen I drove my car for 10 minutes and all of the lights came back on and it's still running crazy. It shut off in the middle of me driving with my kids in the car. But they don't care.

I recently went to Busted Knuckles in Bridgeport, OH. I thought I just needed transmission fluid. They did a diagnostic on my SUV and come to find out it's more than just my transmission. The guy at the front desk took the time to explained everything to me in detail, chatted with my dad and I. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
