Got abandoned by casemanager during covid and even when doctor said I could be off medications, when I signed out of services, they said I didn't comply and took myself off meds. Liars! Too small of waiting room and good luck with their phone system.

This place is amazing!!! I am my son's legal guardian. From the minute you walk in the door, the staff is friendly but professional. My son was belligerent and not wanting to be there. 2 weeks later he is home and doing very well. This is his fifth hospital stay in 2023, by far this has been the only one that has helped calm him down with the least medication. The therapy with the doctor, nurses, and group therapy are short of miracle workers. Thank you for all you've done for us. Kerri

The front desk lady at the BG location (I cant remember her name) always is super nice, and always greets me by name with a smile. I always enjoy my visits with Morgan because she listens and tries to help where she can. Shes helped make my life a lot easier by guiding me in the right direction for things and being an extra support when I need her. Especially since Ive had a lot on my plate and wasnt able to get back in therapy for a while, shes helped keep me from derailing my life in the meantime. Shes truly an amazing Case Manager :) Nate always takes the time to listen and explain things when Im confused. He makes sure I know what Im taking and he doesnt just give me the meds and expect me to just know like a lot of other psychiatrists. He explains the side effects and how it should help me, he answers any and all questions I have and helps me feel more sure of myself. Hes a big reason I keep coming back :)
