I believe I have only ever had to leave 1 bad review before for a business. I try to be positive and look at all sides and the situation. However, i felt that I definately needed to leave this one. Our server was very friendly but that was about it. I ordered the chicken breast with a loaded baked potato, corn and salad bar. Didn't know they were out of corn until our food came out and she brought broccoli and said they were "hoping" that would be ok (didn't even get an option for anything else) went to get a salad and it looked like someone had dropped (dressing and all) in the spinach leaves. When I mentioned it to the sweet little lady bringing other stuff out, she informed me she didn't have anymore in the back. (But I believe left the bowl still in its place) we watched them get the Mac and cheese for our daughter off the bar that was pretty wiped out so the Mac and cheese was pretty old from sitting and the same with my baked potato that was extremely hard and cold and was not even really edible. The cheese wouldn't even melt. The chicken was so thin and rubbery I couldn't even eat it. We still paid for it all even though most was not eaten. I did mention it to the server and she said she would tell "them". I never once saw management of any sort. Which could possibly be the problem since it looked like mostly young girls working the best they can with what they have. Not sure if this is an all the time accurance or not but we definitely will pass on Big Boy from now on.
