This company has two facilities that are horrible . Dixons in wintersville ohio who neglect their residents and favor employees that don't do their job and wellsburg Healthcare Center who neglect residents and over work their employees both places need better administrative personnel this includes don , administrator, and hr wouldn't even give them one star but had to to write review

Except for a select few these people do not care about the patients. My mother was injured, and it was reported, and nothing ever came of the investigation. I called spoke to social worker she never called me back even though she said she would. They jerked my mother around literally. Please don't put your loved one here. The administrator is rude as well as the staff. They absolutely do not engage with the family or even speak to them. The only thing good about this place is their therapy dept. I wish I would have read the reviews. Oh, and let me not forget the state inspectors were in the building when it happened.

Good facility that cares about the residents.

I would not put a loved one in any of the facilities that this company owns. People work off the clock in helping others get their job done. Residents do not get fed in a timely manner. I worked for this company a mere 6 months in the kitchen to which it is a very outdated one at that. The ovens need calibrated for it takes over 2 hours to bake a cake. Never have the proper ingredients to cook a meal. The person in charge of the kitchen spends their own money to have the residents have snacks. The food costs are cut and that person is always taking stuff away from the order so you still don't have what's on the menu. The menu itself needs revamped but fell on deaf ears.The residents will have the same thing just days apart. The menu is not very appealing or what I feel is very nutritious.the only good thing was my boss. Works herself to the bone. I wish her the best.
