After contacting and being ghosted by 3 other landscapers I FINALLY found Aaron Schmidt! From the moment I spoke with him on the phone to the second he left my driveway after the work was completed, I was completely impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness.
After our initial phone call he came out to see my home and spent time listening to what I wanted for my landscaping. He was able to give me a quote right then and there and that evening I received a written quote through email. He and his crew were able to complete my landscaping within a week. They even cleaned up after themselves, making sure my walkway was clear of mulch and debris. I have several other things on my list that I will definitely be hiring Aaron for in the near future.

Schmidt's seasonal Services was hired to help with lawn service during recovery from cancer surgery. From the first date of service excuses for every moment. Weekly mowing, not done. up to 14 days between service calls. When they did arrive on the first two visits, poor service. One their third and final visit severe lawn damage. They continued to mow despite their equipment sinking into wet ground. No effort to contact me. They waited until I saw the damage and complained. Same visit was extremely poor service. Tire ruts, lawn scalping, large amounts of clippings left on lawn and piled against house, and bald spots from tires all over lawn. Service was terminated after that. Delays to our service always took second place to his "larger big business" service. Residential services don't take priority when larger services are contracted it seems. Schmidt's Seasonal Services required half the season expense upfront and now refuses to return funds. Aaron Schmidt personally say he will repay but misses date of payment repeatedly. Always very nice on the phone but does not follow through with promises to pay refund. Complaints filed with BBB and Ohio Attorney General office. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
