You are dealing with a family owned business that does the work properly, even with having the challenges of obtaining parts. From our first meeting with Glenn, and then Jessie and Pat who kept on top of the details, we felt that they knew what had to be done. We moved into a house a year ago that had used Wingler in 2018 to replace the roof. Just 3 years later and it was leaking in multiple places. I had 2 roofers come out for an estimate, and both encouraged me to reach out to Wingler, saying it would still be under warranty. Wingler would not help us - the person on the phone said she wasn't sure, and that there "might have been a 1 or 2 year warranty, but not a 3." It seemed really sketchy. They said they could send someone out, but that they would charge us. I went back to use one of the roofers, who were very surprised about this short warranty. They did the repair, and said it looked like Wingler had used old flashing and installed it incorrectly. I would look for a place that stands by their workmanship, and where customer service is more helpful.
