When I entered the various dishes were basically empty. Instead of them asking for more beets or more of some of the other veggies that were out, they scraped out what was left and still didnt request more. Also, the tongs he was using fell into the container of beets, because it was empty, falling all into the beet juices (handle and all). The employee that prepared my bowl was later seen sweeping the floor. He didnt wear gloves nor did he wash his hands when preparing food bowls and sweeping (and going back and forth several times) and I did see his hand touch my food! I bit my tongue from saying anything but I was completely grossed out. I will never go back to that location again!

Love it all. Order ahead & basically no wait time. Perfect for work lunches. Parking: Quickly parked close by. Not directly in front of Brassica, but in the large, shared lot in front of the whole business complex. Walked up the sidewalk (maybe 100 feet or so).
