I am not leaving any stars because you call up Kia of Bedford they don't know what's going on with the status of your vehicle in the system I had a flat tire that was towed in there Monday morning and here it is Wednesday night they can't figure out what the status is I can't get information from them they put me on hold poor customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a new 2023 Kia about 5-6 months ago with 14 miles on it. About 3 weeks ago the heater quit working, it no longer blows hot air, only cold! A $42k car with the deluxe warranty package (that we pay extra for) , the first time we brought it in, the technician quit halfway through his shift and 9 hrs later we had an oil change and a leaky tire fixed, they had to order a part for the heater, "we'll call you when the part comes in". We called on the 6th because we never heard back from them and the part was there on the 2nd. We brought the car back in today at 2pm, we're on our way home, they don't know what the problem is, the blower is constantly on blowing cold air even with all the climate controls off! We have to bring it back again! So now we're losing 3 days, not once did they offer a rental, said they would provide one after the first failed attempt, now it's their second failed attempt and still no rental car, no heat and absolutely no cares! This is the WORST place possible to buy a car and even worse when it comes to mechanical services! What a joke! And there were several others in there dealing with the same issues from the service department. This is your WARNING!!!! Not to mention, the shot callers leave and go home to their lives while you're stuck there waiting so if they need approval for something else in the line of troubleshooting steps, you have to wait for them to get approval and there's another lost day of your time that they clearly don't value and obviously think you have an abundance of to spend in their waiting room while your new car that's under warranty doesn't get fixed and for them to break another promise, ie- a rental/loaner car! If you really want a KIA, I would advise you go to any other location other than KIA of Bedford, because it's outright criminal what they put their customers through! Absolutely sickening!
