Ray, the owner, was absolutely impeccable! He is extremely knowledge in this industry, and his attention to detail and ability to explain is a rare find. He doesn't take short cuts with the protocol, and he doesn't make the customer feel like a number; rather, he uses his time as a teaching moment, truly educating the customer on radon and radon mitigation. I also really like the fact that he uses a nationally recognized company for testing, which guarantees the test results are accurate and not tampered. This avoids conflict of interest and assures the customer that mitigation work will only be performed if above a certain reading. I will certainly use Ray for all my future radon needs, as it is a rarity to find someone with his work ethic. Thanks, Ray!!

Ray arrived on time and explained the process in detail. The area under my home was not your traditional crawl space/basement. Ray got to work taking measurements, making suggestions to improve ventilation and even offered advice to protect my water pipes from freezing in the winter. We walked around my home and he pointed out that my basement vents needed cleaning which could help the air flow. Ray returned to pick up his radon testing equipment within 48 hours as promised. He gave me the results while he was here and emailed me a copy on the spot. Ray was honest, on-time, respectful and informative. I would not hesitate to use his services again.
