        Two weeks ago, purchased shower sprayer, Body Moods Combo Kit. I installed per instructions, took less than 15 minutes. Happy until I turned the water on. The Handheld Wand front face flew across the shower stall. The fiberglass surround bent & cracked! It seems the spray head had 3 plastic molded wings holding it on to a metal stem, two were broken. There was no indication that it was broken, no rattle. I never got a chance to move the head to ven test the different settings.. This company DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. I have left 4 messages, waiting in-between for a response.. $40 plus tax for ½ a working shower sprayer wand. They don't make any effort to Honor The Warranty.

        Its confusing the office is acrossed the street from the warehouse, and the dock doors are the first ones along the long wallof docks
