Brandon. Mike. Matt. These are your people. You do not need to read any further, just take my word for it - if you're looking for the absolute best in mold/moisture remediation, Buckeye Advanced Remediation is who you want. If you need more convincing, read on. Brandon did remediation work for me in 2021. When we noticed new moisture and mold in 2024, he was the first person I called. He came out within 20 minutes. He sat with me, explained the issue, explained next steps. He took his time, because the comfort and satisfaction of Brandon's customers is just as important to him as the work that he does. Brandon was a call or text away throughout the following week when I was navigating a complex, multi-faceted moisture issue without a clear source. Brandon made personnel recommendations, shared his wisdom and experience, and made sure I always felt good about where we were and where we were headed. When it came time to remediate the mold problem, Brandon was - as always - honest and straightforward. He offers advice that best suits the customer, even when others might offer advice that best suits a pay day. Brandon had Mike come out to our home. Mike, is an incredibly experienced and talented resource. He brings the same warmth and kindness as Brandon. Mike was thorough, never rushed through anything, documented everything, and took as long as my wife and I needed to chat through the issues with us, his recommendations and assessments. Then, the unforeseen happened: a ceiling collapse. Brandon dropped what he was doing elsewhere across town, called up his field manager, Matt, and the two of them put their busy day on hold and were over within ~30-minutes. They then proceeded to spend the whole day at my home; cleaning up from the collapse, moving furniture with me, sealing off the impacted room and bringing an industrial air purifier to ensure the space remained sanitized. Matt, as with Mike and Brandon, was incredibly kind, patient and experienced. There is a clear company culture here, and it is everything you want when you have a problem like mold or moisture in the home. Brandon helped steer me straight; we built a plan together, he helped me get a sense of all the contractors I'd need for the scope of the broader issue, and he walked me through each step. Never rushing, always making sure I understood and was comfortable. I really don't know where I'd be this week without Brandon and his team. These are exceptional people with unparalleled character, ability and experience. They're also well known and well respected throughout the broader community, where Buckeye Advanced Remediation - and the company of other contractors that they keep - is synonymous with quality. As another contractor mentioned, Buckeye Advanced Remediation only work with quality folks, both within their team and outside of their team. If you've gotten this far, I hope this is enough to tell you that if you're evaluating contractors - let me save you some time. I cannot express in words how grateful my fianc and I are for Brandon, Matt, and the B.A.R. team. They were professional, efficient, responsive...the list goes on. This team has saved our lives. B.A.R. exceeded my expectations in every way. I don't think any of us were expecting what all was uncovered in my basement. However, they made sure that everything was completely sealed and isolated. My fianc and I did not see a speck of dust in the main part of our home while the remediation was happening. This alone amazed me. They went above and beyond - taking pictures to put in a detailed report, constant communication, and limitless effort. I would sit here and write B.A.R. an endless review of praise if I could, but as I mentioned before, there are not enough words to express my appreciation. All I can say is thank you for everything you have done. Keep doing what you do. We need more people like your team in this world.

Brandon was kind and polite when he came to my home for the inspection of my crawl space. His knowledge about my problem was exemplary. He listened well and explained things in detail! I could tell he cared. He made an unpleasant situation bearable. Keep up the good work!!

Brandon is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely went out of his way to make sure we are in a safe place and that things are done correctly.
