They incorrectly scheduled my appointment, didn't pick up when I called asking for my virtual appointment as I had scheduled, and waited over an hour to call me back, and then charged me for "missing" my appointment. Complete scam.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their receptionists are awful. They lie about calling, they never have the paperwork correct. They get upset when you call them out on their error. I never got to meet with a provider and they wouldnt reschedule me because they messed up not once but twice. Full of it I would never recommend this provider to anyone.

Love the doctors and therapists here but the receptionists are and have always been awful. I've been coming here for over a decade and they have always given me attitude every single time I call. Then put me in collection for a payment after mailing the bill to the wrong address. They have my number and email address but claim they left me one voicemail. Never got it. Why are you not calling me and emailing me? I have been coming to this place for 14 years you think they would show some kind of initiative if I owe something especially when I called to schedule my next appointment no one told me I owed anything. And she gives me attitude. I absolutely can't stand these receptionists and the only reason I still go here is because it's virtual and I don't have to interact with them anymore.
