        I searched locally for the small bracket that holds the Genie door opener to the wall. Could not find anything nearby that would work. Searched on line. Sent out requests to several detailing my search, including a picture with what we needed. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call from a very nice lady. She thought they might have something that would work, not exactly what we had, but a genuine replacement. I think it cost less than $15.00 for the part and shipping. It worked perfectly!!! I wish now I remembered her name... I cannot say enough good things about a company that has employees like this. She was after hours, calling me at home.
