Advanced Welding & Fabrication, located in Avon Lake, Ohio, is your complete source for welding, fabrication, machining, millwright and industrial mechanical machine repairs. We primarily serve Cleveland, Akron, Lorain, Elyria and all of Northeast Ohio. We do accept jobs requiring travel in surrounding states. Our customers include industrial, construction, manufacturing & technology plants primarily in the Lorain Area. Our welding and services can be done on-site or in-shop, depending on the needs of the job. We do have customers bring their work to us, or we go to them. We can build, re-build or replace anything made of metal. We fabricate, weld and machine all types of metals and alloys. Our customers may submit drawings for parts or projects, or we can engineer and design for you. We do reverse engineer obsolete parts. We are certified welders , machinists, fabricators and mechanical contractors. We are AWS / ANSI Certified, ASME Code Shop and API Code Shop, R-Stamp, U-Stamp. We are OCEA compliant. We are commercially insured as well as BWC (Bureau of Workman's Compensation). We are "Confined Space Entry Work Certified." Please see our line card for a complete list of services. We do pipe & tube welding including design and lay-out and pipe re-threading. We can build and repair pressure vessels & tanks, small structural, heavy equipment repair including cranes, amusement park rides, ship & boat repair (metal vessels only), mechanical services including conveyor installation and repairs, machine repairs and alterations. Gear box repair, re-build & replacement, pump repair, pump re-packing, pump replacement. Shaft & coupling repair and alignment, pump shafts, gear cutting, spline cutting and valves. We also produce metal parts, primarily short-run as well as provide technical welding and machining of parts that are being produced in your shop. We perform N.D.T. (Non-Destructive Testing) services in the field or in our shop for our welding. Our machining services are complete including vertical and horizontal boring, conventional and CNC Machining & stamping. We have relationships for foundry work & investment castings.
