For years I did all my own insurance management online. After talking with Rob Decker regarding my policies, he was able to not only lower my rate but help manage all my polices efficiently, effectively and affordably. I never thought working with an insurance agency would be such a hassle free and cost-effective way to manage multi polices. I wouldn't go anywhere else or let anyone else (including myself) manage my insurance!

I have business insurance with them and Rob is my agent. He's WONDERFUL! He always responds in a timely manner. Just a few weeks ago, I contacted him to let him know that some of my equipment was possibly stolen from an event that I was shooting at and he assured me that everything would be taken care of. I ended up getting the equipment back and didn't have to file a claim, but it was so nice to know that he was going to have my back either way :) I definitely recommend Total Insurance Services to anyone with insurance needs!
