        My favorite place for breakfast! Lots of regulars- including me. Staff knows many customers by name. Such a friendly atmosphere. Food is always delicious. We love seeing Joe come out to say hi. Local, family-run places are the best.

        Weve been coming here for breakfast and lunch for several years. The past 3 visits have been deplorable. Food is alright, but the service is terrible. Had to ask several times for assistance like refills and condiments. Ended up going to the front counter after asking 3 times for a refill that never came. Servers were just walking around like deer in headlights drawing flies, so the lack of service wasnt attributable to being overly busy with lack of staff. Wont be back.

      OMG that’s awful! Please, please ask for Nicky or Smitty so we have a chance to fix the problem. We’ve been stuck in the back training new cooks. Also, opened late on Friday’s for Lent & been short staffed so main staff is working over 12 hour shift & got delirious. No excuse you had to get up & Not get what you needed! Again, we are an Aurora family trying to make it through staff shortages & rising food costs. Would really appreciate you letting us know so we can correct the issue. Surely 1 star review will publicly hurt us & would’ve loved the chance to help you while you were there. ~Smitty Please call me so we can comp you for your difficulties 330-998-3004
