OK so the plumber was very polite but we didn’t get an estimate and he came back a second day to finish up and when he finished he gave us a bill that was three times what we were expecting. He told us he’s never seen billing like this? Our bill was over $700 for not even four hours of work. If you think your plumber is worth more than a lawyer? I don’t know? I gave him a four star rating because that’s what he asked for on the first day but after seeing the bill I’m very disappointed I would not use these guys ever again. Honestly I think they should give us back some of our money because the toilet flush doesn’t even fit the toilet. They didn’t really Fix the garbage disposal they just took it out. We called at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, they answered, and were on-site within the hour. They were friendly, professional, and had our drain unclogged in short order.

Really great service, they came out a few weeks ago when our basement flooded, and we had them come back and install a new sump pump, they did a really great quick job, Chris and Bill were great would highly recommend

The service they provide is prompt, professional, accurate and friendly. We were dealing with water pouring into our basement over two very rainy days, but after spending only a few minutes on the property, the owner accurately diagnosed the issue, prepared thoroughly for emergency excavation, dug out the drain, and removed what was clogging it within hours—even after dark!! The next morning, defective pipes were replaced and everything was put back just as it had been originally. Now our basement is clean and dry. Truly excellent work!! Brent was here and was very friendly and helpful. Brent showed me everything that needed fixed and then after he was finished he showed me the end result. He cleaned up everything and made sure I had everything I needed to contact Tru Blu for the other areas that will need attention.
