If you have this gentleman appraise one of your properties, try your best to search for another appraiser immieadetly. He was completely off on our property and felt like he was putting random numbers down, listening to his view of the market. Our market was averaging 100 a square foot. We brought him comps to the actual appraisal date. Several along the same street. He went several blocks to find some sold at 50 dollars a sq ft. Unethical.
