My experiences with insurance providers before have been, they are eager to get your business, then they forget who you are and tend to not be helpful once you are signed up. Working with the Billing Insurance Agency has been the complete opposite. Matt is always there to answer questions and provide help. Even when I call the office, regardless of who answers the phone, I am helped immediately. Customer service is huge and it's so nice to work with a company who values you even months after you have signed up. I highly recommend working with Matt Echols and the Billing Insurance Agency.

I recently had a minor accident on a Saturday. Unsure of the process (because I never have a claim) I emailed Matt. Matt responded within 20 minutes. In less than a week the claim was filed, reviewed, approved and a check for the estimate less deductible was in my mailbox. It could not have gone more smoothly for me and the other driver involved. Thank you Matt and the rest of the team at Billing Insurance Agency.

We have our homeowners and auto insurance through Billing Insurance. We have been 100% satisfied with the service they provide. We recently had a claim and they took care of everything in a timely manner for us and even came out to our house after business hours. We are very happy and highly recommend Billing Insurance!
