Staff was extremely rude and loud. We could hear their conversations and laughs behind the glass. One poor guy was stuck waiting there for almost 2 hours! The person I went with took almost 2 hrs and they let him out the back door. Waiting area is too small and I would never get anything done from this place.

They definitely need a sign out front. That's the only negative I saw, took a full pre-employment physical here. The Dr. and staff were all great. The lot, building exterior, waiting room, patient rooms and bathroom were all clean as well.

I was already skeptical about going here because of all the negativity I've heard about this place and its staff but had no choice. Staff was incredibly rude. I was interrupted and had the window shut in my face( im guessing receptionist). Had a nurse or doctor (black woman with a black pixie cut) im not sure open the waiting room door make eye contact with me and say "uhm no" before promtly shutting the door hard next to me. Once i went back for a PRE-employment drug test, she said, "You sure you can pee" in the most sarcastic tone i have EVER heard come from a nurse or doctor. She was incredibly snarky the whole time i interacted with her. She made a very unprofessional remark towards my test. Making me feel very bad about myself and uncomfortable in the situation. i will never come to this location again. They act like they dont care about you, their profession, or their job. They need to find new people who actually want the job. Find somewhere else to go for anything. I would rate 0 starts if i could honestly stay away and go to any other location if possible!!
