This place deserved a 5 star rating when Dr. Jessica Wilson was there.Events happened were she had to move. A Nurse practitioner took over that had no social skills. She wanted to change my blood pressure meds that were working for me. I asked what the side effects were and got no response, when I said I would Google it, she said she didn't have time for this that she had other parents to attend. Why would a doctor want to change your meds without knowledge of the medication ? I since have went to another organization and when they asked me about it they asked if another registered doctor was on hand. I really didn't see another there. Nurse Practitioner is not supposed to be practicing without a registered physician on hand. Hmmm ? I gave them a star because of the receptionist who was very friendly and kind, unlike the Practitioner.

they listen to your problems..big plus for me when a doctor listens to why you came in.

Dr Wilson is great but the staff that works there in the office, is horrible. Very rude, not helpful, condescending. I am looking for a new practice right now because I just can't deal with the stress I go through when I call or have questions. I do not know if the managers have any idea how horrible the office staff treats the patients. Do not go here at all. It will not be worth the headache when something emergent arises.

Wish there was an option for negative stars. Had me waiting for over a week to do a CT scan on my lung to see if I have cancer only to find out they never even requested the insurance authorization on it. Liars. Terrible people.
