        I inquired about a car advertised online and even though we weren't able to make a deal, Doug helped me find a car elsewhere. With nothing in it for him, he looked up vin numbers on more than one car for me and was able to tell me if the cars would be a good purchase or not. He has taken the time to speak to me on the phone as well. Anyone who takes time out to help someone not even purchasing a car from them is such a rare and incredible person. I am so thankful for Doug and his willingness to find a good reliable car for my daughter and I.
