Superior Drainage

I've been a customer of Superior Plumbing and Drain for 20 years until now. I called Wednesday Nov 24th and couldn't get a hold of anyone, so I did what the recording asked- leave a message. I called back Friday since no one called me. I was told someone missed the email message since some calls go to other companies. I asked to talk to Bill the Supervisor Friday. It's the morning of Monday the 29th of November and no one has called me back. I called ABC plumbing and got a hold of a representative immediately to schedule my appt. This is what I miss since Jeff and Shelly sold this business to this Midwest- Ca based company. Schedule the dam appt on the first call. I've called 6 times in 6 months and haven't gotten a hold of anyone at the actual Superior location. It's been a sister company or voicemail. Can you imagine that, voicemail at a plumbing company. I've probably given your company $20k in business over the last 20 years for work on my rentals to include whole house replumb and sewer line replacements. I'm disappointed. When the consumer reads this review then calls Superior, you'll see what I mean. Great employees I've used here like Alva, Ray, Dave, and lead Supervisor who's name I can't recall -Bill? I called this company and they sent a repairman within four hours to fix a copper pipe that had sprung four leaks. Rodney was the technician and was very professional and represented the company well. Rodney explained everything clearly and made additional suggestions on better isolation of pipes with the installation of additional valves. We will use this company again. Service: Pipe repair
