We have had nothing but good experiences with Dr McKee and the office staff. Weve never had to wait very long to be seen and everyone has always been professional and courteous. My husband loves the after hours line and weve called in multiple times. As new parents we feel great knowing we can always get in touch with a nurse and if they feel we should bring our baby in theyve been able to get us in quickly.

Excellent and caring doctors. The office staff is very professional and friendly. The only con is if you have a lot of children you will have to come in multiple times, because they only will see two at a time.

I transferred to this location after I got tired of spending a 2 hour minimum at the Hudson location due to over-scheduling and horribly rude office staff. Although Green's office staff is just as rude and catty, our first visit with Dr. Warmus was wonderful. I absolutely loved her. If the nurse we had for kindergarten shots today hadn't ruined my entire experience with this location, we would've been back. After waiting 40 minutes to be seen, I finally asked the front desk (who acted as though I were the most rude person they ever met) if we missed being called. Finally our nurse called us and instead of introducing herself she said she was busy getting our shots ready. When we went to the room there was a tray of several shots for my son. The nurse never asked or dicussed it with me or what we wanted. When I asked if there was thermisol in any shots she snapped back at me, "NO" and that was the end of the discussion. I told her we didn't want to have the chicken pox vaccine and she became instantly irritated with me. In an aggressive tone she told me she had to put the chicken pox vaccine back in the fridge so it didn't get wasted since we didn't want it. She asked me to hold down my son who instantly jerked at the first shot, making it worse. I asked her how I should hold him and she said to just hold his arm. His second shot poked him three times. I asked her where the holes were and how it the needle got his arm (trying to understand what happened) and instead she snapped at me defensively that she would create an incident report and turn it into her manager. When I continued to ask her about it and said I wanted her to explain what she meant by saying his arm had three holes and if she meant it poked in one side and out the other or what and she just kept saying, "it poked him three times, here, here, and here" and then she angrily said it probably happened on the other one too and pulled his bandaid back, making him scream while I told her not to worry about it, that I was just trying to understand what she meant. Another nurse came in and held my son down for her. I inquired about a form I faxed in and she told me she would look for it. When we went to the front desk another nurse was talking about us, which I found innappropriate. They had five people going through my son's files, trying to find this paper that I had just faxed to them a week ago. How they could lose it and not place it on the top of his folder is beyond me. Before they found it, the nurse said they faxed it to me and I told her no or I would've had it in my mailbox at work. She and the front desk workers acted as though I was being ridiculous for asking for this piece of paper they told me would be ready. When I got the paper I remembered my son was supposed to have a hearing and vision test done. When I inquired the nurse snapped at the receptionist that someone else hadn't printed both records for her and she didn't know he needed one done. After all that and then telling me kindergarten will do a screening she said, "well you want me to take him back and do it" with a tone like I was stepping on her toes. Uh, no thanks. Not after that horrible situation. Then as I was about to leave the other receptionist told me my insurance was inactive. Which is entirely untrue and I have NEVER had an insurance issue. I asked her why she had told me the insurance was fine but now she is saying it's inactive and she told me she just wants to cover her basis and her rear. After that experience we will never be back. And every review I give will be negative forever. Not because the actual pediatrician but because the nurse we had today and their horribly rude office staff. They need to take care of those women. I've never been treated so poorly by "professional" staff in my entire life. That place is a joke.
