I have been with this group of OB/gyn doctors for over 35 years (since before merging with Paragon). All three of my pregnancies were with these wonderful doctors. Dr. Mendise, my current doctor for several years now, is amazing! He is professional, attentive and personable. I trust him with my life. Truly. During the covid pandemic when I was having scheduling issues to see my primary doctor for a specialist referral, he immediately made time for me through a telehealth call and the necessary specialist appointment was completed before my initial appointment date with my primary. Also, annual appointment scheduling is set before leaving the office for the next year. Though their phone contact number handles appointments and inquiries in a timely professional manner too. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience all three times weve been here. The receptionist Stacy is lazy, talks on the phone with friends and family. Very loudly talking, its very rude to people sitting in the waiting room. The other receptionist walk back-and-forth doing nothing but talking about other peoples children from school. Very very unclassy. When my wife and I come to a doctors appointment were expected to be on time and to have our phones turned off. Its respect. We do not receive the same treatment they make us wait! Literally every single time its a 30+ minute wait and theres no one in the waiting room. The bottom line is they dont care about our feelings. Theyre selfish and only care about themselves. They have canceled appointments off of MyChart without our permission. Its crazy. How can they do that by law? Its not right its not fair. They canceled our five month/20 week ultrasound. My wife has been so excited for this Ultrasound. The bottom line is they are lazy. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment somewhere else.

I am giving this business 1 star because of the receptionist and the doctor. The receptionist is personality plus, very nice and helpful, a wonderful smile you see when you walk in. The doctor was nice informative and on time. The nurse on the other hand was rude and disrespectful to me the entire time I was there. Would not even look me in the eye or smile. One person can make or break a business. I had some issues with the girl who took my appointment and when I got to the appointment one person came out from the back. I can only assume to see what I looked like, You know the mean lady on the phone who didn't want to pay for 2 appointments when it could be done in 1. The nurse pointed at me and they both gave me a glaring look. I made an appointment for next year but will be canceling and going somewhere else. I work customer service and you need to think everyday. You have no idea what is going on in that persons life and I need to treat everyone with respect.
