Outstanding I was amazed by the staff's promptness.
I commented in the past the about patient should be asked weight when making appointments, due to the fact that some equipment is limited by patient size. I was grateful that the person who set my appointment asked my weight. Outstanding job by everyone at Cleveland clinic for using my suggestion.

Was left in waiting for an hour to get X-Rays while in acute pain. No one notified me there would be such a long wait. Disrespectful!
