Beyond horrid living conditions this place was not just roach infested it was a roach nest! also allot of black mold impossible, living conditions the "shower" is in the basement with no locking door and the "shower" is a skid with a couple rubber welcome mats laid on top of it. If you are on probation he will try to extort more money from you. If you have your own room he will enter your room and go through your belongings. Frank the so called house manager is a thief and 2 faced as they get. The owner richard delebrant will intercept your mail as you do not have free access to the mail box that is under lock and key. He stole mail from me on numerous occasions. Including mail from my bank my att bill. Other known mail thefts after the fact 3 x that i got from amha letting me know i was approved + notice they found me a place for + bfinale one saying they had to give it to some one else if i did not respond imidiately. Other mail that came opened a check from my school for $485. At one point i was paid up for total 150 in advance. He then demanded more from me. This is not a homeless shelter it instead a slum ran by a slum lord.
