They took a half of an overall price in advance and promised to start installation 9-12 weeks later. After that, they didn't answer their phone, text messages, or email for 6 months. When they finally showed up (3 months late!), they did not apologize, behaved unprofessionally, and weren't in a hurry to, well, do their job. I currently have 3 dogs and they love to bark at everything, even if it is the middle of the night. I've been pricing vinyl privacy fences for awhile and so far this has been the best experience. I called for a quote and got ahold of Nicole Mcquain. She was very polite and prompt with call backs. I now have the cheapest quote I have received. Will be going with this company! I was looking for a fall project for my house and thought about repairing/replacing the fence that lines the perimeter of my property. I sent an email in which it was answered on the behalf of the company. I informed her that I was looking to repair or replace my fence as I bought a house and wasn't sure about the quality of work that was done on the fence previously. She asked for pictures of my fence in which I sent to her only to receive an email from her stating that it was not their fence, not their work, and they couldn't help repair it. I pointed out to her that I was also looking at replacing it. She informed me that she would call me the next day to set up an appointment. I informed that would not be a problem. As a courtesy I informed her that as a deaf person, an American Sign Language interpreter will be on the line to facilitate our conversation. I never heard from them again, and that was September 30, 2021. So...since I didn't hear from them, I went with another fencing company who was prompt, measured my yard, and has completed the work to my satisfaction. I will be recommending them.
