Rubber City Pizza

Got pizza twice...mexican pizza the first time. Delivered 1/2 half hour late. Slid ours hand under to pick it up and it was raw dough.... gave them a second chance and picked up 1/2 sheet pepperoni and sausage.....Raw again... Had people over for football game... Only 4 piece were gone....HORRIBLE pizza... nobody even wanted to take the rest home....went in the trach can...

I just called Rubber City Pizza to let them know that we have been good customers since they opened and their pizza (then) was EXCELLENT. We voted for them for best pizza just as good as Luigis and everyone knows how good they are...but the last 4 or 5 months, the pizza and service went down to poor. The last three times, I had to wait while my pizza, which wasn't good anyhow, sat on the heater until the person was done on the phone because the phone is hook up to the register so the other employee can't ring me up. I was very polite on the phone and told them all of this and the manager even said they changed the ingredients since they opened. Too bad, we really liked the original pizza, but after 4 or 5 bad pizzas, we will not order again. I will say they do have good chicken wings.
