        I spoke with Scott about an important job I needed to have estimated in order to let my buyers know if they could afford the renovation they wanted. He assured me he could come out the next evening at 6:00. My buyers and I were there at 5:45. At 6:15 I called Scott and ask if he was on his way -- no response at all. At 6:30 I texted Scott to see if something had happened -- to this moment (21 hours later) I have heard not one word from him. Would never be able to trust him.
