As Always the clinic has been a life saver! I usually don't wait very long compared to the hospital. Nurses are are Always helpful and very kind and doctor Chad is very knowledgeable and has help me and my family.

Today is the 4th time my family and I have been turned away from receiving service because they are full. When I walk in nobody is in the waiting room and they close at 5:00pm and its 2:45pm when I arrive. I do love the doctors and nurses, but their service is horrible. They are very unreliable for a walk-in clinic. If they are going to advertise as a walk-in clinic, they need to service customers as a walk-in clinic. Otherwise, change it to appointment only and people will know what to expect. I will be looking elsewhere going forward as I cannot depend on them for myself and my family when have immediate medical needs that do not require an emergency hospital visit.

Today my visit was very disappointing. The nurse that took my son and I to the back was very unwelcoming and the doctor as well. There was no proper procedure in treating my son even with a fever! Unbelievable! We waited for a very long time and then felt like we were rushed out! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone especially to the staff that was back there today!
