I will change this review if they make it right. I called the office before service and asked if they took my insurance, "yes we do", are you in network "yes we are".
When I got to the office they verified with the provider that they were in network (did not verify if they were "preferred"). I asked "so this is covered 100%??", they replied "yes". I will not have to pay anything ??? "No.".
MONTHS later I start getting bills, I call the office "we didn't realize that Dr. Seeley was no longer part of the network"... "WE MAKE YOU SIGN A PAPER SAYING YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE". This is despite them telling me it was covered 100% and verified.
So they admit they made a mistake but threaten to send to collections and are quite snotty on the phone. They don't seem to care that it was their mistake, that they made and want me to now pay for the visit that the provider did not.
In my opinion if they make it right they are worth a visit, but if not this is paramount to stealing. They made the mistake, admit it and still threaten me as "we made you sign a paper".
