Great service, prompt on replying, arrived on time and did a very thorough job cleaning my carpet. The carpet looks wonderful!! Highly recommend.

They Cleaned all the wall to wall carpeting in my house on August 30th. the total charge was $206. The next day after all the carpeting had dried I noticed the carpeting was not cleaned and all the soiled areas looked the same as they did before they cleaned them. I called Seth and told him what a bad job that was done on my carpets. He said he would come out to check them out. I called him on the day he was going to come out to check the carpeting and he kept asking me over and over what the carpeting was made of and who cleaned my carpeting before? I had no idea who cleaned My carpeting before because my husband Always took care of it. I also did not know what the carpeting was made of either. I kept telling Seth this over and over and over and he ended up hanging up on me I have not heard anything since.... Service: Carpet cleaning

Our immunocompromised son was briefly coming home from the hospital and our cats destroyed our carpet for the five weeks we were not home. When we did come home to check on them over the course of the five weeks, we did not have time to spot clean the carpet so many of those stains sat for a long time.
They did a phenomenal job as usual! Our carpets look brand new again. They go above and beyond, moving furniture and being extremely respectful of our things. They are very detail oriented.
Their customer service is amazing. I called the owner, Seth, to schedule an appointment for them to come out and explained the situation about our son. He squeezed us into his schedule last minute and worked late in order to get the job done.
