Lu is absolutely amazing! We have used her multiple times for both of our kiddos and we have been way more then satisfied every time, worth every penny for sure!

Photography with Lu is amazing! She took her time during our family photo shoot she did really good with our one year old, it's hard to have them sit still when there at the walking stage! Absolutely loved the experience I'll definitely go to her again when we need photos taken again! Highly recommend.

Lu was very flexible with prices and had time for us to come in whenever we were free. she took her time during the photo shoot and was a baby whisperer towards our son luka. loved the experience and 100% recommend! dont look at these other reviews with one star bc theyre just mad that theyre broke. its only one person on multiple accounts! they literally all say the same thing. Lu is the bomb and is someone youd love to work with!

This was absolutely the worst experience for us. The photographer was very unresponsive during the process, photos arrived weeks late w/o any updates, there was no editing, and overall recieved poor treatment, and was continuously reminded that she was too busy to reach her deadlines because of how many clients she apparently gets. I don't recommend having your photos done by her unless you want to feel ignored, like a last priority to everyone else, and have poor quality, unedited photos. Not worth the price nor your time.

Booked our maternity shoot for our first pregnancy w/ her on the 3rd. Provided her w/ our induction date which was the 22nd, and was promised our photos would be ready and edited by the 16th. We wanted to share our maternity photos BEFORE we gave birth, and she made it clear that it will be more than possible, otherwise we wouldve went w/ a different photographer. The day of our shoot, prior to arriving, the photographer messaged me to let us know that it will be a 25 minute shoot, And that we should arrive on time because she has another shoot right after. The shoot itself felt rushed, and I understood we had a small time slot yet, after the shoot, she proceeded to give us a tour of her studio where she took photos of the babies, as well as a very extensive orientation of all her baby clothes and props, to get us to book another appointment for when our baby is born. That itself took an extra hour, so my husband and I were confused as to what happened to the other appointment that was supposedly booked right after us that caused our session to be rushed. When we asked to look at the photos that were taken, it was on a small screen on her camera, & was difficult to see, there were a few in there I liked so I was satisfied w/ the results. So the 16th went by, I didnt receive any update from the photographer about my photos, so I decided to wait out the weekend before asking about it. When I did, I didnt receive any response for days, finally I receive a brief message . they will be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday arrives, and I receive no response from her yet again, although she makes a Facebook post about coffee. I message her that day saying, hey, just wondering if you have my photos ready yet? still no response that day, no response the next day either.. the 22nd then passes, I give birth and become disappointed that now Ill have to show my maternity photos after my newborn baby photos which is just so backwards, and awkward. I message again on that day, asking about my photos. Still no response, the day after that, still no update. Not even a courtesy message or apology. Ive literally had to hound her inquiring about my photos each time, all for her to continuously push the date out further w/o explanation. Finally today, the 25th of the month, after I messaged her once more, I get a response saying, Ill have your photos ready on Saturday or Sunday . No further explanation UNTIL, I finally ask for a refund. Then suddenly less than 10 minutes after I sent my message, She replies saying my photos are miraculously done & that she will send it to me via email. I opened the link, and the photos were absolutely terrible. And not from an Im my worst critic perspective, but the quality was very bad, some photos you can see where the backdrop begins and ends. ( my request was my husband and I wearing all black in front of a white background) the white background had gray dust smudges on it that wasnt edited out and easy to see. The photos werent edited either. She informed us at the shoot that since we were wearing black, she will edit out any lent on us, dust specs and things that show up on all black sweaters, and she did none of that. No skin touch ups, absolutely NOTHING was done. You can see dog fur on the sweater, lent, acne, it looked as if someone just snapped photos with their cellphone. None of the photos I like that were showed to me on the camera were in the final selection sent to me, the main pose we chose, where we are simply supposed to be looking into each others eyes, was just my husband looking into mine and I was looking off into the distance as if she taken it right before I can make my way into looking back into his. All in all, none of these photos are shareable, and my own parents saw the lack of quality in them, and wished Id had just gone with their recommendation instead. What bothers me the most is that this is mine and my husbands FIRST pregnancy, and a moment we can NEVER get back and we have nothing of quality to show for it.
