      image Very bad initial customer service experience; the tech treated and talked to me like a small child. I called back for further clarification and was treated much better by one of the pharmacists, but I will say- that tech has no business in any realm of customer service without understanding people have highly-individualized thought and processing needs that should be approached with kindness and compassion.
