Season's

I paid for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day, and they were not delivered. I have called their phone number about this multiple times and no one has ever picked up the phone, so I've left messages and have still not received a refund after 12 weeks. I went to the business to inquire about this today and instead of a refund, I got excuses and rude attitude from the person at the business.

I ordered my wife flowers for our anniversary, I am currently overseas and wanted something special for her. I ordered Oriental lilies and pink roses. Seasons delivered a bouquet of assorted roses (no lilies) that looked like it was put together with no care. there was more greenery than anything else and it was not trimmed but instead look like an unkept hedge. to make things worse they delivered a day early when she wasn't even at work, completely ruining the surprise. instead of her sitting at her desk and receiving flowers she got a text message from a co-worker saying "you got flowers". wrong flowers wrong date it's evident that this company just doesn't care about the smaller orders.

My boyfriend bought me an expensive arrangement for our anniversary and Valentines Day. It was beautiful but died a few days after delivery (which was a fiasco in itself). Turns out the flowers were sent without water in a non-transparent vase. I explained the situation to Scott and was told Id receive a replacement arrangement. Its been 7 days since he said hed make it right and I have yet to receive a replacement or refund. Seasons has been my go to flower/plant shop for over a year so this experience has been very disappointing. I will no longer be doing business with them
