    My friend went to get a part replaced. Shop installed the part wrong, and it broke again. When my friend went back to get it warrantied, they tried to charge him again for labor, saying "the part is warrantied but the labor is not." Why on earth would we pay you to reinstall a part you should have done right the first time?

    Worst service we have ever experienced in any industry, ever. Windshield had a chip in it when we purchased the car, they said they would have it repaired. Never happened. Seat belt latch broke. Made appointment to have it replaced. Arrived and it took them two hours to tell me that it was broke and they needed to replace it. They had to order the part, so that was another trip to Finley after the part arrived. Our extended warranty, bumper to bumper, evidently does not cover any electronics or the airbag. To fix the airbag, the ‘service airbag’ light is on, they removed the fuse and put it back in so the light would go off. Made it a mile down the road before it came back on. Door locks and a/c need repaired, we’ve been waiting on their call for two years now. Avoid this dealership. We overpaid for our car, and the additional warranty, buying at Finley. We were fine with that because they were supposed to have such amazing customer service. I’d drive 1000 miles to get the same vehicle at another dealership, just to avoid Finley Motors.
