I have been very disappointed in the quality of service that has been (or rather has not been) shown to us. We are CONSTANLY out of power from November thru March. I would not be exaggerating if I said we lost power a good 15-20 times last winter. Yes I understand that we live in North Dakota and winter weather can be brutal, that is why poles and power lines need to be updated rather than left to rott and only replace them once they have failed. This seems like a terrible way to treat faithful customers that rely on a power source, which is basically a joke. I have called board members with my concerns, and I was told "just buy a generator". I ranch in south east Logan and north east Mcintosh counties, and I wish their was another power source for us but unfortunately their is not. I have always paid my bill on time and everytime I do I want to throw up thinking about giving my money to a company that treats its costumers this way. ***KEM does have a very good crew of line men and this review has nothing to do with them, as I understand they can only do as the boss says***. I hope somebody sees this and it makes a differce, but I really doubt it.
