The complex is very quiet and clean. This apartment is probably my favorite that I've lived in. I love the lay out, have low electric bills and I love that I'm across from a dog park!

we cannot speak for other expierences for other people and what they expierience however in are experience they have been allways willing to work with us when we had any issue and eapecially during the covid pandemic they have been willing to work with us i highly recommend this apartment complex as a place to consider living we are in a 3br 2br apartment that is very spacious for a family of 4

Okay, let's begin.
I spent about 2 months attempting to get a call back, and finally was able to. After another 3 weeks I was able to schedule an appointment. Nobody was there for the first appointment and after calling about 9 times in a row I was informed the weather was "too bad" for "maintenance" to show me the apartment. It was not raining or snowing, it was a little cloudy and cold. North Dakota. So we make an appointment again and nobody. shows. up. Nobody. After being put through a loop, getting wrong information, and then dealing with the unprofessionalism I am tired of trying to get an apartment here. I will NEVER call here again. If I had the number for corporate I'd call faster than you could say bologna. Terrible experience. Wasted my time.
