I have never had a more pleasant or efficient check-in experience for my dental appointment. They must be training the new guy well. 10/10 would get my teeth cleaned here again.

It was decent. Not alot of waiting room time. Despite Two different dentists gave me two different treatment plans, I felt the best treatment option was made. I was having some issues hours after the procedure and started calling the office around 4. After 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. It disconnected. After several other calls unanswered I gave up. Very upsetting .No separate number to call in case of issues? No nothing. and it's Friday. Not very comforting. Decent place to go for emergency issues.

Spectra Health is the best community healthcare provider in the Grand Cities. Their Social Service staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Their nurses and doctors have the patients best interest in mind & check in regularly with their clients if necessary. A+.

Went in for dental just to get told to basically shut up because I don't know where my bad teeth are. So got a referral for oral surgery and can't even get the teeth I need out. They want us to come in for another evaluation but you can't trust these doctors. To scared I'm going to get told the same thing. Go figure because of being on nd medicaid and they are the only office in town that accepts it.

I brought my kids in for dental care, and they were amazing. My 11 year old has a very difficult time with dental/medical appointments, but they were wonderful with him. He asked to keep going there. My 14 year old also felt very comfortable with the care. They explained treatment plans and billing, and there was truly no judgement, just honest explanations. I like the appointment system as well - appointments made for three weeks out. It's difficult to make appointments 6 - 9 months in advance like most dental offices, as we don't know our schedules that far out. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will continue to bring my children here.
