Ordered a washing machine at the physical store front, the rep had to make 6 different attempts at ringing in my purchase and each time I had to re-enter my information and correct errors. I was told it was due to the 'till's complexity' from the store manager. After having wasted 3 hours for what should have taken 20 minutes, come delivery day the delivery was late by over an hour within a 3 hour window (spoke to the delivery team, they told me they were given too many orders to deliver on time) I called to reschedule delivery at a reasonable time that I could be available and was transferred to a call center in India to be told they don't deliver on Mondays after having wasted another hour. There is a reason they are going out of business.
