I love the students and I love the prices. I've never had a complaint in their history. But today was awful. I had a 1:00 appointment. Went in 10-15 minutes early because I was being dropped off. Checked in, was told it would take about an hour so my ride was coming back at 2:00-2:15. Then at 1:00 I was told they'd misbooked and the person doing my hair wouldn't be available for at least an hour. 7 students had called in sick. I could wait or leave. It wasn't until I was talking to my ride on the phone and said that no, they hadn't offered me anything for it that the woman hollered across the room, "I can give you a discount." She admitted there was a mistake made, that they knew they didn't have students to take care of it, but they hadn't bothered to let me know when the error was made or discovered. They literally waited until the minute of the appointment to tell me it would be an hour late. Totally unprofessional of the teachers. I expect mistakes from students, but I expect the teachers to display professionalism. I'm really sorry, but a bad experience like this doesn't make up for cheap prices.

Gina Lougee was very professional, listened to what I wanted and my hair looked awesome. Prices are reasonable and they don't try and force expensive products down your throat. Definitely a good experience all around 🙂
