        Good spot for Grand Forks. They present themselves as a "granola" styled place but unfortunately they don't offer organic non-GMO foods. Come early, they run out. Often there are young kids working that lack maturity and attention to detail. This impacts the food, the restaurant's presentation, and overall experience. This is a management issue

        The food is delicious, although a somewhat limited menu. The bread and pastries are fresh, and the quality is high. Their cakes are some of the best I have ever had. Breakfast is limited to an egg bake sandwich, and porridge/oats, although you can order it all day. Lunch is sandwiches and soups. Weekends the menu varies a tad for breakfast and lunch, but it is the same every time. Overall it is a great place for food if you are specifically looking a hearty soup/sandwich, or a very yummy bowl of porridge. The pastries are worth a visit anytime, though.
