JCPenney Portraits

Was asked to do a free training session for my 8 month old. Waited 30 minutes and had a crabby baby by the time it was ready. Our photographer had no idea what she was doing. The trainer was helpful, but it was honestly just a mess..the backdrops are boring, and the floor has little creases that are see-able in the finished photos. They try and sell HARD, but most of our photos were really awful.pictures of literal leaves as they covered my babies face. They didnt take any of the photos when we had the baby smiling instead waiting and capturing when she was upset or just sitting there. We take better photos of her at home. Will just pay extra to go to an actual studio.

We had our newborn photos taken here (both just our baby and us as a family) and recently her 1 year photos. We loved them! I remember being wary last year to try jcp after reading some bad reviews, but honestly they are great! Every time I go both the manager and associates are really friendly and kind, and do a nice job with our pictures! We bought the membership so we no longer have to pay the sitting fee (I think $15 or so a session) and can just buy the pictures (2-3 for around $80 with no coupon or entire gallery for $170ish). It works out to be a pretty good deal!

We went in for graduation pictures and this totally exceeded expectations! They did an amazing job, better than other places we looked and been to. Thank you so much!

We had Jude as our photographer and she was fantastic! Very fun and helped my coworkers and I take our holiday photos. They came out AMAZING. THANK YOU SO MUCH, JUDE!!!
