Extremely rude from start to finish, claims that we were being shady once we asked for a quote. Didnt receive any customer satisfaction and was very unprofessional. I would give him 0 stars if I could. This is the people that are hired? I wouldnt be surprised if the rest of the employees are the same. Do not do business with them! (Now is claiming that I was doing insurance fraud once I asked him for a quote. Which I never did, simply was looking for a different rate and named all the drivers that were driving the vehicle. Hes also stated that I was hiding the other drivers when they already have there own different insurance policy with a different company. Makes zero sense and is trying to defend his wrong doing.)

Eric w/Country has been a great resource for all my family's insurance needs. The rates are competitive, but it's the service that really stands out. I get quick answers to any question that I have about our policies, anytime of the day, anytime of the week. And the one time we had a significant claim (car accident) our coverage paid better than I'd even hoped. We've been doing our home, life and auto insurance for 5+ years with Eric. Couldn't be more pleased.
