      image The most horrible printing and customer service I've ever experienced as a graphic designer. They attempted to print wedding programs 3 times, failing each time to get the correct color (but still delivering them and leaving me to find their glaring mistake), then completely dropping the ball at 5 pm friday the evening before the wedding saying "I guess we can't get it right" leaving the bride and groom no choice but to use the poorly colored programs. They DO NOT know printing as their tagline suggests. Very poor customer service and quality control.
